Where to get open cell foam rings?

I'm wanting to kit out a silencer (MK23) so I can get it as quiet as possible, Anyone know where I can get some open cell foam rings?

Re: Where to get open cell foam rings?
Pipe lagging.
Homebase, B&Q, airconditioning specialists, etc.
It will come as a tube rather than rings
Away from UK until June / July. Happy to still buy but sales will be harder due to not being home.

Re: Where to get open cell foam rings?
Would you recommend putting something within the pipe like a spring or think the lagging alone will be okay?

Re: Where to get open cell foam rings?
Without gaps so they act like baffles, would it actually reduce noise? I'd get a cheap block of that oasis stuff, press the silencer onto it so you've got a nice tight cylinder. Then push it out, cut it into 10mm rings. Then punch half of them with something slightly wider than the barrel, and the other half much wider so that they only act as spacers. Throw them all back inside, alternating between the baffles and the spacers. Job done.
