Delta that M4 is a thing of beauty
BaggyPants - the fit of your M4 in the case is superb

Thanks buddy, taken a lot of time and money to get it set up right. But its simple and works perfect for me in any environment. G&P quality as usual with me so its rock solid. I love it!

It fits like a glove, with about 5mm to spare at either end :D I had to trust that the manufacturers measurements were accurate when I ordered it. My M4 is also G&P, the Magpul MOE CQBR. Superb little rifle

Not as tidy as some of those above but here is my humble contribution.

Very nice "baggypants" and very tidy too! I used that pick and pluck foam in the same case but not to happy with it! What did you use and how did you cut it?
Cheers!

Re: Your packed gun cases
Not the best picture but you get the idea.
section 24 of the 1968 Act
Supplying imitation firearms to minors
1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.

What size is that case Sean. I like the idea for my glock.

Re: Your packed gun cases
Bought it from maplins, I think it was the medium case, about 15-18 inches across I think.

Re: Your packed gun cases
Just finished this. It's an SRC case with foam provided by efoam. I measured the size of the egg box foam in the case and then ordered two pieces one three cm deep and the other five to give m the same thickness. I traced the outline of the items going in with a sharpie marker and then cut it out with my trusty gerber knife!
Here's the outline and some cut already
This is it after the rifles outline has been done - foam M4 anyone?
Here you can see it all cut out and the thicker piece glued to the bottom sheet giving some padding to protect the underside of the items.
And finally! Avec gun, mags, scope and sling.

Re: Your packed gun cases
I dont reckon so mate. It'd be a tight squeeze if it could. Take a look at mine just above, maybe with the stock collapsed fully you may have enough space but I doubt it!
