Hi-Lux already make 8x Unertl replicas under the name "William Malcolm", a famous USMC sniper in the Vietnam War. They're RS scopes, built accordingly (and priced accordingly at about $460) but they're much cheaper than the real thing.

Bit of a necro but is there any sign of this coming out? I'm totally not going to print out the bible quotes and put them on the stock... :P

I'm wondering if a 1903A4 scope mount could be fitted, or even the 1903A1 style, with minor modding.

Stunning rifle. I just recently picked one up. It just needs a scope but I begrudge paying $400 dollars for one.

It shoots straight and true and if it ever became irreparable it would make a lovely wall hangar.

Yeah I've no idea why they go through so much effort to make an accurate replica of a sniper rifle but never think to ship it with a scope or even mounts. G&G aren't the only company that do this though.

G&G have an A4 model on their site, IIRC the scope is something like a 1.5 or 2x fixed magnification.

And yes, i'm going to get one

The mounts and scope is now avaliable, you just need to look around. The scope and mounts do fit the S&T 1903 model but need to be tinkered with.
