Posting RIFs from US to GB
4 April, 2014, 10:00
Hello, with having RIFs sent from the US to GB, by courier or standard post, is there anything more to the process than ensuring the UKARA no. is clearly on the box and the shipping address matches the address the UKARA membership is registered too? Do you have to declare, by means of righting on the box, the the its contents are RIFs which are TOYS and not real firearms or any of that stuff?
Cheers guys.

Re: Posting RIFs from US to GB
As far as I am aware people just get the shop they are buying from to write the UKARA number of the person buying clearly on the box. I suppose the rest depends on the person in customs inspecting it and whether they are used to seeing them enter the country. Some people in customs may want to look into it more than others. I have heard buyers say the item arrived at their door and it was hassle free and others say it was a pain. luck of the draw I suppose but I wouldn't say you need to do anything more than making sure your number is clearly written on the box
