GR4 CQB-S Mini - Opinions?
24 April, 2016, 17:34
Hello,
I have recently been looking to get a new weapon after originally owning the cliche "new guy gun" the Combat Machine 16. Being comfortable with G&G as a brand I went straight to its Zero One Page and was instantly attracted to the GR4 CQB-S Mini , the 3 reviews are glowing, highlighting its sturdy build quality and reasonable FPS, one review even said that it had a tight-bore barrel, but I cannot confirm this is true myself due to the fact it is not actually mentioned on the official product page, Also I loved the design which had major potential for a Mk18 build in the future and seemed to be ideal for the sort of close/medium range combat and cqb (village, fort, trenches) I experience at Ground Zero airsoft. So my main questions are - Will it be an improvement on the CM16? and Would you support it as being a good intermediate weapon or is there something yonks better for the same sort of price £170-£200.
Thanks
Bennett

Re: GR4 CQB-S Mini - Opinions?
I think CM18 is a good all rounder imho
ETU models - hmm still not sure about them so old school trigger system for me
(SR & FFR's do look snazzy new receivers but love CM18 as a good all rounder with its black/tan/black scheme and nice std sights etc..)
suppose BOT is worth a look as it should not have ETU but normal trigger and basic mosfet that could be changed if the G&G one craps out
(their mosfet record is not the best in the world but hey the main work is already done)

I do not care for the asthetic of the BOT it looks as if g&g tried to combine keymod and ris. I think my heart is still set on the cm18. thanks for the recommendation of the cm18 good to know it isn't just those 3 reviews praising the gun.
