ares g36 efcs programing questions

Hi folks

As you may have guessed from the title I have an ares g36c with the efcs trigger unit which is set for having four modes; safe, semi, 2rnd burst and auto. I've done some upgrading on the internals when servicing and so far it's flying. I had to do a bucking change and decided to change the hop unit for a cnc'd unit and tight bore barrel. With the changes the range has jumped as has the accuracy and I had to down grade the spring again to meet site limits as it was pushing 380 fps on .20g.

What I'd like to know is; can I used the efcs programming unit, that zero one sells to put the efcs into semi only and can back again if needed? I ask as the programming unit doesn't seem to have a setting for returning the fire control to what I have now and I can't find anything about resetting to default.

It's a programming unit, so you can do any configuration to your efcs, as often as you like

Is it restricted to the combinations on the face plate? As none of them match my original program.

Ah I see what you mean now, you can only have
safe semi auto,
safe semi 3Rd burst
safe 3Rd burst auto,
or safe semi semi

But saying that,isn't your G36 configuration factory default, so that's the question, in theory it should.

I have emailed them via their website but so far I haven't had anything back so I thought I'd ask the brains on here as well.
