How many SOPMOD batteries will i need in my TM 416 Devgru to run for a day

I have heard you will need 2-3 SOPMOD batteries to run this gun for a day is this true, thanks for any response

Depends on how trigger happy you are, and whether you use full auto or semi (semi actually has a higher drain), but it always pays to have at least 1 spare battery

As said, it depends on how trigger happy you are. If you are using the standard Marui batteries then you may want a spare if you go through a lot of rounds.
It can depend on the battery of course, with a 7.4v 2600mah nun-chuck battery obviously being an option, you could make it with just one - unless of course the internal config is not stock.

Most people ditch the proprietary batteries and switch to lipo.

Most people ditch the stock batteries, while ok, when hey start to run down they lose some power and have been known to cause gearboxes to lock up- generally just requires a full auto burst to clear- this is especially the case when people spam the trigger and don't do proper trigger pulls.

It then depends on what batteries you go for and if you want to switch the stock- the stocks I have seen haven't been big enough to physically fit a 2600 mah lipo.

If you carefully take a dremel to the battery tubes to get rid of al protruding edges/angles/etc and are equally carefull inserting the battery you can get a 2600 hundred in it , it's what I use in both my sopmod and my 416 .

Like everyone else has said, don't buy the SOPMOD batteries, they're pretty bad. Wire a deans connnector onto the stock and use 7.4V LiPo batteries, you'll be able to get about 4 for the cost of one SOPMOD battery and they're loads better.

You should be getting a full day out of a 1300 7.4v loop. I was anyway.

No need to go as big as 2600
