KWA Glock19 hop parts?

Hi all,

Looking for some help, one thing I've just realised never done is change the hop rubber in a GBB pistol.... My ancient but trusty KWA Glock 19 has developed a distinct downward trajectory so looking to replace the hop rubber: Are these standard (/Mauri compatible) or do KWA/KSC? have a propitiatory hop? What am I looking for in looking for to find the right part?

Also do Zone sell the small bearing that forms part of the hop, managed to drop it when I opened it up and lost it..... ?
