All about function, then form for me. Never needed a torch, so why put one on? Silencer, only for a longer barrel. Red-dot/EoTech, only because it's an improved sight picture than irons. Grenade Launcher, Room clearance lol.
Not particularly a fan of "RIS THE S**T OUT OF EVERYTHING"

As soon as I read the words, simple or pimped I imediatly thought Armalite...

And to be fair there are some pretty vomit inducing ones arround. If after reading that you thought to yourself..'was he talking about mine' you have probably over done it.

I am however a great believer of internal pimping, speaks for itself. External if tastefull and purposefull, not looking like christmas trees.

i went for simple - although again, this all depends on your perspective.

my m4, for outdoor, has a foregrip and an rds. a torch or laser outside is pointless.
i sometimes use the m203 with this, but i find it's too heavy usually. it depends whether or not i've had me wheatabix!

my shotgun does have a torch, which i suppose is a little unecessary, but it does help in those dark spots in cqb.

my mp7 has a torch and an rds - both very necessary for indoor games. i'm not really into using a laser, but i have an m3 unit for my pistols if i really feel like it.

See Cass now I dont think a torch on a Shotty is pimped. It is practical if used indoors for cqb. Try using it downstairs in The Mall without one.

To me Pimping is about adding totally unnecessary items to a gun. Internally you aren't "pimping" you are upgrading. Similarly if you are replacing plastic outer items with real steel items you again are upgrading and improving not "pimping".

Now stick an Ipod on it or do something like that M4 earlier, as in polishing it, thats's pimping imo.

Totally unnecessary, but a fashion statement.

M4's do diserve to be pimped i must agree,
But hopefully tastefully unlike a lot i have seeen!
Most rifles look good with a Dot sight and supressor but sometimes i think tac lights, sat navs, ipods, lasers, foliage, small trees, mud etc..
Less is more as they say!

I pressed the wrong button! I like to keep my guns simple with one or two additions such as a scope and possibly a torch but nothing more than that!
