    Re: H&K assault rifles (G36 ,416 , etc)

The quality of some of the pics are nothing short of fantastic...I have a reasonable Dslr but usually manage to make a diamond look like a dog turd...lol..

Pan how are the umarex G36's. I have just ordered a JG one for a specific project and was thinking of getting one of those.

I'll have to get photos of my G3 up, nothing special to look at though as its mostly standard exterior wise. I've always fancied a G36C - This thread is bad

Its a KSC, and its currently in need of repair, blowback isn't working properly.

My M41 FS. Externals by Classic Army, internals by me.

Posted in the last thread, but as this is a new thread. I could just do with learning to be able to take a decent pic.

The thing with most of my guns is that they look fairly plain on the outside...The trickery is on the inside.

I'm liking the G36 love, here's my little work horse. I'm thinking of upgrading to an ARES varient though to get my trades and recoil going on. Usual mods I know, but it works for me so enjoy.

Photograph it in Natural Light (Daylight), without Flash. Use a Tripod or other stabilizer. Id suggest low Iso. Put it into an Image Editing Programm, and pull up the Saturation just a tiny bit. Put up the Contrast aswell, not to much though, otherwise your gun (assuming its black) will loose its contures.. Also, mostly i suggest fiddling with the brightness as well

Thank you, yes I usually have the time when it's dark. So will have to try better conditions and tweak as you suggest. I'm betting it will take some time to get the quality anywhere near some of those photo's though.
