So by that you are really saying you are a crappy player because you cant cope or overcome someone using a tool?
That is all a strobe is, a tool, which is also scientifically designed not to set off photosensitive fits, it works at the wrong frequency.
The risk is so damn negligible that its not even counted in insurance.
If a 2 second strobe burst (which is 28 seconds less than the law dictates a strobe is allowed to be used for in a nightclub) bothers you so much, quit airsoft rather than restricting anything and everything that someone else has that makes you work just that little bit harder.
Wear yellow lenses if it pisses you off.

Oh by the way, I use BOTH, I dont need a strobe, I just like to use it, if the site allows it and I have had no one complain or raise an issue because they have a genuine condition, then its gonna get used.
If the complaint is 'Eh, I dont like it, its not fair, wah wah wah', Ill laugh at you.

Now run along panyo, make sure you put the safety cover back on your plastic safety scissors so you dont have a booboo. Im fresh outta mr men plastas for you.
section 24 of the 1968 Act

I don't need a strobe, in fact, I hardly (If ever) use it. I have one so I can annoy the piss out of people and allow myself any affordable advantage. That makes me a bad player?

Anybody who has better, or more advantageous gear/kit than me is therefore a "Bad player" (sic) as they will be able to gain a tactical advantage over me.

I flash player A with a minimal burst of strobe to disorient him. He flusters, I get the kill. Bad player? I don't think so.

I flash player B continuously, despite knowledge of a photo sensitive epileptic condition. He drops to the floor convulsing, I run at him with a 45 rps ROF monster, drilling him in the face and kick him hard in the head for good measure. Bad player? Sure, why not?

I attend site C with a market springer and complain about everyone else having an unfair advantage. Bad player? Most certainly.

It's a game. A relatively risky one, where we shoot at each other and people get injuries. If somebody shining a torch in your face for a second or two at most makes them a bad player, then maybe take up a safer pastime like watching paint dry?

If someone has epilepsy - don't use it.
If not - do whatever you want.

            Anyone in a hawaiian shirt?

So much crying. So much. Why ruin everyones day if theyve all got strobes for one uppity goit. Dont like how the games played? Go home.

Next we wont be able to use smoke grenades because someones got asthma.

If you have a medical condition that precludes you from doing something to the fullest extent, dont bloody do it. Certainly dont ask everyone else to take a hit on their day. Sure, that massively sucks because its not your fault as its medical. But thats life. We cant do everything we want to. If that were so id be balls deep in Olivia Wilde while benchpressing my lambo.
