i seem to have taken offence to a member on here,

now im usually laid back but after hearing how disgraceful he is and then stumbling over his face-book page with an update akin to this ( taken out explicitness ) all swear words have been replaced with something friendlier

RIGHT OK PONY AIRSOFT AND POLLY POCKET EVERY LAST PONY THING ABOUT IT.
I'M NOT GOING TO GZ ANY MORE, I'M NOT EVEN GONA BOTHER WITH THE GUNS ANY MORE. FAR TO MANY PINK PLAY THIS SPORT. AND I DON'T WANA BE ANY WHERE NEAR THE PONY NUGGETS

this is the first of many updates, i have now deleted this user from facebook, but i am ashmed that after an outbreak like this he is allowed to be back on this forum. what example is this showing?

i understand stand this should be a PM however i feel many many agree with me that this is no way to behave as a responsible airsoft playeR?

further more hes even made threats?

Edit: after reading over this thread ill address a few point likely to come up

facebook link was posted on last nights steam room - this maybe should have been modded better as several mods where present,

I would just like to say i was also present yesterday when said link was posted and also find this quite offensive i don't take kindly to being called a [insert offensive phrase] and i also find that this is giving a bad name to our sport/hobby as a whole, i would be indebted to the moderators if they could deal with this swiftly and appropriately.

like wolf i have omitted the offensive 'name calling' as it breaches forum rules.

as i have said other users feel the same, and would like this dealt with quickly, as i do not like being called names and also for the zero ones benefit flaming the woodland site its self.. well the players.

More of a sidepoint, but the first rule of the steamroom is there is no steamroom.

If such a thing did exist, then apart from the no racism/porn etc, general rants, however offensive, are what it's there for. If there were specific, personal insults and threats, then I'd agree that they should be dealt with. Of course it doesn't exist so this is all moot.

You've seen the photos, he's a little stem of grass whistling in the wind, couldn't threaten the skin off a rice pudding.

I wouldn't worry too much, or be that fussed about what he blurts out.

the point of a steam room is to let off steam,

but you cant just forget what youve see, now i and many others feel that this is a serious issue and the mod team should deal with this seriously, or it defeats the point in a moderation team..

if anything im neutral, i dislike the defamation of character he portrays over the groundzero as well as this forum.

i would like the moderation team to treat all people fairly,

to deal with this seriously as possible and to set an example, to stand up as the mods should do regardless of friendship ties or issues to MODerate Fairly.

as much as id love to see this user removed i feel he wont be, however many people will move to pastures new if nothing is done.

I think you have had an ongoing niggle with said character, SW.

I find him amusing mostly, but sometimes he just gets tedious. If you are feeling strongly about it all though then go ahead and vent, it's healthy
