GBB grip to vertical grip

I was wondering if you can get adaptors that allow you to mount normal pistol grips to a RIS like the Dboys m4 ris grips?
If not i'll end up buying one of them but i wanted to use my magpul grip.

The foregrip im talking about is this style: http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/produc...oducts_id=3543
Can you buy the bit that bolts onto the grip on its own?
