Marui MP7A1 Thread adapter question

Hi Guys just a very quick question can the marui MP7 thread adapter be fitted onto a KWA/KSC MP7 gas blow black SMG?

Im after a 14mm CCW adapter and that seems to be the only one although i cant find anything on whether they are cross compatible

Any info would help a lot
