Madbull M4 gas block?

Recently converted my TM M4A1 Socom to a block 2 (ris ii) rifle, noticing some slight side to side movement from the barrel now, would the Madbull M4 gas block sit flush with the RIS thus eliminating the barrel movement?

Any advice appreciated.
