TM Recoil Scar-L help

Absolutely love my TM Recoil Scar-L but there's just one issue I have with it.

The stock is incredibly creaky and 'plasticy'. Is there any way to remedy this, can I switch it out for another Scar stock?

Also, is the outer barrel removable at the front sight? I have a suppressor I want to fit but it's just too long on the end of the barrel, so I was hoping I could have it flush with the front sight.
