Thoughts on the MIL-TEC M.RELEASE MOLLE COMBAT VEST?

I'm thinking about getting the MIL-TEC M.RELEASE MOLLE COMBAT VEST as an upgrade so that I can customise and change about my loadout easily. If anyone has used or still owns this chest rig can you please tell me the good bad and ugly about it?
