battery charger

hi guys, i have a smart charger which i got from a certain shop of components but what setting am i supposed to have it on for an 8.4v mini, as on the bottom it says 6 cells = 8.4v and 7 cells = 9.6v but 8.4v minis have 7 cells?!?!?

please help lol:D
