Hop unit
21 May, 2018, 10:44
Lo all, after a bit of advice. Brand new hop unit, fitted to brand new gun. When inserting a full mag, bbs just fall through the hop unit and rolls down the barrel. Is this the hop unit that’s fucked or the mag?

There is a chance this could simply be the fact there is no hop applied. however this could also be a misalignment issue.

The reason for this is when you pushed the barrel with hop rubber on in to unit it has rolled the rubber hop there fore there is nothing to stop bbs from rolling out the end of barrel.
when putting it in a bit of lube never goes a miss .
I use a little silicone grease to help it in and to sit right as everyone knows if you go in dry all sorts can happen.

Just increase the hop, on my airsoft sniper if there was no hop applied the bb's just roll out the end of the barrel. What sort of gun do you have? AEG, sniper?
