Returning to the sport after 8 years!

Evening all.

Recently I decided to start readying myself to get back into the sport, after an 8 year break.
Ive been doing research and I am pleased to see there is a TM recoil Scar H , I used to own a very well upgraded VFC Scar H (pictured) and I couldnt fault the performance. However im out of the loop in regards to what is considered 'good' nowadays.
Budget to get me going is rough £600 (not including clothing etc) - What would you guys and girls recommend.
