    Steel out barrel with plastic slide on a Tokyo Marui

    Hi All - I recently purchased a Tokyo Marui G18c & although i'd like to keep the plastic slide, i would like to change the outer barrel with with a steel guarder item. Would this causes an issues other than wear the slide down faster? As long as it cycles fine I am okay with this.

    Any help appreciated.

    I have ran stock Marui G17’s and G19 with a guarder threaded barrel and had no problems whatsoever.
