G&P mag recommended
6 October, 2022, 07:50
looking for recommendations on best mags for G&P lmt defender. I've tried 3 different types ( classic army mid cap stanag, CAA polymer mid caps and some unknown brand plastic stanag mid caps) and the classic arms and caa barely feed at all, the plastic stanags feed ok but still miss occasionally.
any advise greatly received. cheers

I've had lots of issues with G&P guns and mag feeding issues. The main culprit I've found is that G&P use a fairly flat nozzle which doesn't quite give the BB either enough time or space to get into the hop chamber. I've found replacing the nozzle with a standard tapered nozzle has helped the issue and allowed for over 90% of the mags that didn't feed in the first place to feed fine.

which part is it that you refer to as the nozzle? as in the feed nozzle on the mag itself?
