need to alter feedback i left !!!

I bought from a seller about six weeks ago and due to no communication after i sent the payment and the gun not arriving, I left bad feedback and assumed the worst- I'd been done! since then although I still haven't been able to contact the seller the gun arrived..... Smashed in half, but it did arrive. I'm assuming this was the fault of royal mail? Therefore I would appreciate if someone could remove the feedback rating and comment.
