Help with a sale

Hi all, I recently purchased a we smg8 off here, got it at an ok price, the thread stated it all works fine etc.
I received it and chrono'd it and was only getting 219ish- 280ish(npas installed) I immediately told the seller, anyway I relubed it all, there is hardly any air seal and both me and the seller are struggling to get parts. It also decides to go on full auto when it's set to semi and sometimes it doesn't feed.
Anyway the seller said to send it back, didn't want to do that as I could just lose the money I paid for it. I filed a claim through PayPal and they denied the claim as " The item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection."

What the hell do I do now? As I'm now stuck with a £220 gun that's basically shagged
