how would i go about recreating this loadout (sniper elite v2)

After playing this demo and thinking what i could use as a lightweight sniper loadout to my ghillie and thought this looks ace
what could i get that hasnt got to be this exact but based on this cheaply

After cheap project guns and various bits of kit
