hoew do you clean hop-up rubber properly!

cleaning the barrel - i am using a fag filter and silicone which i shove down the barrel and then fire it out.

now a want to know how do you clean the rubber that is in the barrel so i dont have to take it apart. i have a madbull tightbore in and tbh there is no real difference in range or accuracy. it is a longer tightbore than a standard m4 ( thats what its in, my m4) barrel i thinkk its an m16 barrel but not sure. because some of my shot go to the right and some go to the left, up and down which kinda pisses me off a bit!

can someone help please about how to clean hop rubber
