G&g soc 14 help

Im trying to make a shrouded barrel for my soc 14 but the threads larger than 14mm, how can i get a silencer to fit this, or does anybody know it theirs a silencer that fits on to the ''horrible ugly disgusting'' stubby little flash eliminator...???

all help and comments will be appreciated.
