01 delivery/ pick up

ok so 01 aranged pick up of my two guns on tuesdya to be picked up wednesday. its monday and they say it takes 2-3 days. ok fair enough. but shouldnt it bee there by now? i mean thursday 1. friday 2. monday 3. yet i rang up to day still nothing. this is not a major problem cos i mean its still only 3 days gone and im sure there get them. have any of you guys had a problem with 01 with sending or getting your guns back?
