H&K 417d hop up ?

No matter how much I tweak it, the standard hop curls up or down at around 30 meters. Must admit I know virtually nothing with internals on these.
Now I am thinking has anyone tried a different hopup in a 417, I have a python Ver II inner.
All advise welcome, cheers.
