TOKYO ARMS - has any body order from them?

Ive ordered a Kings Arms Crane stock from TOKYO ARMS on the 2nd May and still haven't had confirmation wether it has been sent. I sent countless of emails last week and this asking 'have you sent my item' and 'is my item on back order' and I still have no reply.

Anybody experience the same problem with this company?
