Hi guys and gals,
This is just a quick question. When you install a new spring into your aeg gearbox is there a break in period due to it being a new spring etc?...

Never need to break it in as such however it may shoot at a slightly higher level for the first few hundred shots before settling down. Whist I'm aware that leaving a spring compressed can apparently reduce fps, I don't think it actually makes a difference. I once tried to reduce the fps on a gun by leaving the spring compressed for a couple of months. It made no difference what so ever and I ended up downgrading the spring myself.
