Too wood or not

Been looking at the Ares L1A1 as a replacement for my FAL and was wondering is the wood version worth the extra money and has anyone dmr'd one if so what mods cheers

Yes the wood is most definitely worth it , as to DMR’ing it don’t really see the point as it never was one and if you put any other sight on it bar a suit you will be stoned to death by the old school boys (and rightfully so!) so seeing as it’s not a ‘sniper’ scope bit of a moot point ?
