Just a heads up for anyone looking to purchase anything from Blankfiringgrenade.co.uk

I made a purchase on their website on the 38th of last month and they took the money from my account. This order was not even looked at till the 10/06 and to date, I've rung them time and time again. I have also emailed them over 20 times and still no reply.

Not sure if anyone else has had issues with them?

It is such a shame; they produce a great product but customer service is beyond appalling.

I've still had nothing from these jokers and the phone number has been voice mail only for the last 2 months :-( How can people get away with this!!!!

Have you tried a chargeback?

Also, report them to Worldpay who are their payment processor. In their T&C they are charging a 20% admin fee on returned items, something they aren't allowed to do under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
