Importing rifle from usa
18 July, 2019, 19:56
I am thinking of buying a rifle from USA and importing in. Has any one had any drama doing this? The company I’m ordering from said they would put my UKARA on the front of package.

Not from the US, but I have imported from Asia. When it reached the UK border, Customs sent a letter to me asking for proof of compliance. Once I sent it to them it was released without issue,
Having your UKARA number on the outside might speed things up.

Also, watch the FPS is below UK limits. US guns normally have higher FPS
