  • Help identifying make of mp7 aeg

    Hi all

I'm currently looking at a trade for a mp7 aeg but both myself and the current owner are unsure of the make (he got it 2nd hand)
It's a polymer build which I surmised ruled out the cheap full metal well version.
    I was thinking umarex/VFC but
the only markings on the gun are these pictured
    Anyone have an idea?

It looks like an old school Well as it has the serial number on the right side and there's no such thing as a full metal mp7, they are polymer in real steel as well.

A TM one would have Tokyo Marui on the side and HK markings and the VFC one would have the HK markings on.

I know the real steel is polymer but there is a full metal well version....the R4
Called the R4 as they couldn't get the trademarks...this also leads me to think it isn't a well as it is stamped with HK

I had the Well R4. Piece of crap. Not sure about the polly version but I can remember that the metal felt very cheep, fire select, trigger, mags and the stock arms. The stock but pad was polly but very cheep as if you could snap it in your hands. Can’t help on anything else other than to say look at the gear box as that may have some markings.
