      They marked $60 dollars on packet. Just picked items up, and customs hadn't even opened them.

      The woman in parcel force stated if I ring customs the may refund the charge. Fat chance of that happening!!

        I contested customs charges in the past and have on more than one occasion; received a refund. If you wish to do that you'll need the invoice and receipt for what you paid and the customs sticker off the parcel and send it with a letter satnting your case to the postal address on the label. The email was offline last time i needed to do it so don't know about now.

        This will only work if the declared value matches up with what you paid though!
