how to take the adjustable cheek plate of a ACR?

is there a way to do this??

I play with a Heroshark mesh mask, and would like to get that little bit lower down...

if the cheek riser was not there, I would be able to do this very easily! (i think)

I still have the full stock on mine at the moment...

just wondering if anyone has seen/knows how to take it off
