Rechargeable battery Supplier

As I've got both Night Vision and a Surefire, I'm in need of some CR123's. I wonder if anyone knows of a decent "value" UK supplier of these and the associated charger.

Can find loads in south east asia but I'm a little concerned my purchases will end up in the hands of some enterprising Somalian!
