I just really want a wood kit, rather than another black 870!

Could this be the APS M870?

          Re: Clone m870

The APS is a shell ejecting gun, Tanaka style. This is a clone of the TM 870, you can see him insert the shot shell magazine.

iirc the aps one has wooden grip and stock and and is shell ejecting, whereas the one in the video fires about 10 shots from the same shell before changing. No more info other than that, it is on a HK retailers website that says "m870 GBB in stock soon" with the video posted next to it.

It was only a matter of time before it was cloned, airsoft owes it's entire existance to clones of Marui designs. Judging by how he was slam firing that thing hard my bets on it not having pot metal charging arms.

Guessing from the amount of rounds he was popping off and the relatively few holes in the target at the end, this isn't a tri-shot?

                *sigh* :S

                  Re: Clone m870

Looked like about the right amount of holes to me, since he was firing so fast he probably missed quite a lot, and the gun shells may not have been fully loaded. I thing a straight clone would be easier to make then altering it to one BB per shot.

Excellent news. Finally, I'm one step closer to creating a tri-shot Masterkey! :D

You're out of luck. Of all the gas shotguns out there, the M870 design is probably the least adaptable to the Masterkey configuration... You need a gas tank...

But I didn't think tri-shots used gas? I know I've seen another tri-shot shotgun (m56 I think?) with no stock meaning nowhere to put a gas tank. :S

the TM-m870, and this clone of it, as gas powered tri shot shotguns.

the ASg/franchi tri shots are spring powered, and are the ones without stocks that you know of.

Quite interested in this, mainly for another side of shooting for maybe some IPSC etc.

Although the dreaded TM issues with the 870 put me off a LOT. few mates with them have had some real problems.

I have been out the loop with it so they could of been solved, but at this point in time, ill stick to RS.

WARNING. Post may contain traces of sarcasm. If you do not understand this, I pity your existence.
