Yes. It will cost the earth. But if Thats a standard motor and standard gears I will put a m90 spring in it and dsg it until I get my 1200rpm hitlersaw.

It'll be cheaper than the only previous AEG option, the Ultima MG42 (Shoei shell, Echigoya custom gearbox). It cost me $2,000 - ex shipping, Duty and VAT.
@ the_monkey - you really dont need to go to DSG's to get to 1200 rpm. I ran my Ultima at 1200rpm using stock ratio gears and a Systema motor running off a 9.6v NiMH.

There is a clone MG42 out now in Europe/Taiwan. Split gearbox, quick release spring and removable barrel. It looks very, very nice and all for £458 shipped.
Edit. One out in the states too. Looks different and is cheaper.
