upgrading a p90

im going to upgrade my p90 i hoping for a little more power its at 310

want it up to the 360 mark also want to no if i will need to but metal bushings
as its only a little more power

and thinking of getting a faster motor

also would i need to change the piston or piston head etc...
i dont no much about tm or the v6 gearbox so

if i was to upgrade the spring and motor what else would need to be changed
