TM Beta Spetsnaz mag winding

Ok so today, after adjusting the motor height on BS I decided to have a good ol' shooting session with it. I've now noticed I'm having to wind my high cap after every two-three shots with it, now this is impractical as hell. My first thought is that perhaps the spring in the magazine isn't feed the bb's properly, but before I tear open the mag, does anybody else have any suggestions as to what it could be?
