installing ACM keymod rail...

hey guys, have received a ACM keymod rail, which I haven't got home yet to try and install, but asking for help..

Rail + 2x threaded delta ring nut things...

I could understand if there was one of these... not two..

I take it one goes over the barrel, stops it wobbling, then the rail simply screws over these... but then what is the other for?

help anyone, please
