Short stroke Version 2 Power question?

Hi.

Does any one know a method of or have experience with calculating the spring strength needed to maintain circa 320/330fps in a short stroked V2 mechbox?

I am guessing I will need an M120 with a 12 tooth piston & sector gear combination but any help or formula's would be great. ChairSofters may sit this one out! :p
