MP5K Compatibility

Hey all,

I was just wondering if any of you know if external parts for the VFC GBB MP5K would fit, TM MP5K AEG and clones?
I'm looking to get a hand guard without the pistol grip, there are ones for the VFC along with some other nice accessories but I'm not sure if they'll fit the AEG's.
