TM Glock AEP 11.2v Lipo conversion

Hello guys,
Does anyone have any info on how to do the above conversion and a link to the required battery please?

It's an 11.1 lipo,and where would you want to store the battery after the conversion, I'm asking because a 3 cell lipo battery is big

If you wanted this to be reliable, at least with stock internals then you would have to significantly change the nature of the stock motor.
