great thanks! yeah iv had the gearbox out before! any idea where i should start searching for such a spring? cheers

same as the gy above, spring in the selector on the side of the gearbox probably has knackered. Will need to remove the gearbox from the shell to replace. Should be pretty easy job.

Hey all, i own a JG mp5 and its been absolutly great to me with not problems! Except for last night! I was using is and itjust would not fire at all, so i switched it to safety and the to full auto ect a few times. The gun then decided that weather it was on single shot or full auto it would keep full auto with out me even pressing the trigger the only way to stop the gun from firing was to put it only safety? and if it help the safety selector switch now feels very tempremental* you can put it onto safety but if you knock it a bit it seems to fall into semi! please help me with this as i was really loving this gun!
