Best battery for CA Scar L, advice please

Hey guys,

Hope you can help in some way. I have recently bought a second hand scar l classic army.

I do not have a battery for it, I know it only takes minis but which one is best?

What is difference between an 8.4 and a 9.6 in terms of function? As ideally would go for the higher voltage but have heard that the tappet plates can break due to the efficient gear box.

Also what difference does the 'mAh' make again in terms of function??

Anybody had experience with this gun and can aid in my decision??

Also wanted to know how much play I will get out of the battery, I skirmish woodland a lot and often play for 6 ish hours, will I need to buy two??
