Ak receiver

I just want to be sure before I buy one,

Will a 47 lower receiver fit an aks74u (mines an ics), I want to change it cos i'm not a huge fan of the triangular stocks - i much prefer under folders or romanian ones, and i would like a wooden pistol grip instead of plastic

Any help will be appreciated, thanks
