tanaka m700 hop up help

right guys as the title says i need help with the hop up on my m700. the thing i'm having problems with is the adjustment of it, under neath the adjustment screw is a rubber nub and a wooden nub, looking at tyhe manual it looks like the wooden one goes on the hop side and the rubber one goes on the crew side so i just need clarification on this and also does anyone know where i may find a replacement?

The stock hop up sucks, the only replacement parts available are the G&G rubber pack but it also s@cs, no replacement parts for the rubber nub!

If you want my opinion get the King Arms VSR conversion kit with a 9ball hard bucking and VSR 555mm tight bore barrel (preferably 6.03 ID) the stock one it's not very good.
